Order Processing Time & Delivery Estimates
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll automatically receive a track & trace number with an estimated delivery timeframe from the selected carrier.
Transit Estimates
Orders within the Netherlands are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after processing.
For orders shipped outside the Netherlands, delivery times may vary.
Please refer to the track & trace information provided with your shipment for the most accurate estimate.
Shipping Rates in the Netherlands
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €75.

International Shipping Rates
We currently ship to most countries within the European Union.
Shipping rates depend on the destination, parcel size, and weight, and are calculated automatically at checkout.
Please note that shipping rates for wholesale orders may differ and will be calculated manually.

Shipping Outside of Europe
Our standard shipping rates apply within the European Union.
For destinations outside Europe, shipping costs depend on the destination, selected items, parcel size, and current carrier rates.
If you’d like us to ship to a non-European destination, please contact us at sales@kalinastore.eu with the items you’re interested in and your delivery address. We’ll provide a personalised shipping estimate.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Kalina Store is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied to international orders. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be imposed during or after delivery.
Damages
We take responsibility for orders that arrive damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@kalinastore.eu, including clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Lost or Missing Shipments
If your shipment appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please get in touch with us. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and keep you informed throughout the process.
Once the carrier investigation is completed, we will determine the appropriate next steps, which may include a replacement or refund.
Shipping delays
During the holiday, all carriers are experiencing a high volume of orders.
Therefore, your shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
