Refund Policy

How to return your products

If you wish to cancel or return your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your purchase, in line with EU consumer law.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Items that show clear signs of use or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

If a return is refused due to use or damage, the customer may request the item to be sent back. In this case, return shipping costs apply.

We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping service for returns.
Kalina Store cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation by email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including the product cost (excluding shipping), within 7 business days.


Shipping costs for returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is the result of an error on our side.

Eligible reasons for free returns include, but are not limited to:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Products that are expired upon delivery
  • Products that do not match the product description
  • Products that arrived damaged due to insufficient product or shipping packaging

If your return qualifies for a free return, please email sales@kalinastore.eu with your order number and a clear description of the issue. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.


Refund delays

Once your returned items have been received, inspected, and approved, the refund is processed immediately via our payment provider. This means the amount leaves our account straight away.

Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your bank account, credit card, or PayPal balance, depending on your payment provider. In some cases, this process can take up to 7 business days.

If you have not received your refund after this period, we recommend checking with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, please contact us at sales@kalinastore.eu.
