Clear info about our materials, minimum orders, and quality commitments
Kalina products are made exclusively from natural, non-toxic materials such as pure beeswax, European hardwood, and linen. We avoid plastics, synthetic fragrances, and harmful additives to ensure every item is safe for both people and planet.
Our minimum order quantities are designed to be accessible for small and independent stores. We require a minimum order value of €150 per order. Please contact us for a tailored wholesale proposal.
Sustainability is a natural result of how we work. Kalina partners only with small-scale European makers who use traditional methods and responsibly sourced materials. We focus on durability, minimal packaging, and thoughtful design — so each product can be truly used, not just displayed.
At Kalina, we always strive to work with natural, non-toxic, and carefully chosen materials and ingredients. Most of the companies we collaborate with are actively working toward certification, although official certification can be very costly and complex for small producers.
For example, our beeswax is not officially certified, but it comes from a biodiverse farm that grows certified organic tea — making the beeswax organically sourced, even if we cannot yet provide formal proof on paper. For other makers, production turnover and scale limit their ability to stock certified materials exclusively for us, as this would require additional investment.
Because of this, we currently cannot guarantee third-party certifications (such as FSC for wood or GOTS for textiles) on all products. However, we are committed to progressing in this direction, and any product that carries an official certification will always have this clearly stated in its product description.
