Each candle measures approximately 24 cm in height and 2–3 cm in diameter. They are designed to fit perfectly on a pin or needle candleholder. For use in a regular candleholder, the base may need to be slightly trimmed for a secure fit.

Natural beeswax tones range from light golden to deep amber depending on the season, the location of the hives, and the flowers the bees visited. Because of these natural variations, the color of each candle may differ slightly from the photos shown on our website throughout the year.
Each candle has a subtle, natural honey aroma from the nectar and pollen in the wax. Artificial fragrance oils, even when labeled as natural, can release volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other substances when burned. Because of that, Kalina believes it is safer to keep candles unscented and let the natural scent of beeswax create a calm and healthy atmosphere.

It burns cleanly with little to no soot and is free from the petroleum compounds found in paraffin.
